This Order makes provision for the modification of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 so as to give effect in Northern Ireland to the Convention on Social Security (set out in the Schedule to this Order) made between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
